Following the trend of chipset technology on integrated feature and compacted size, SIMCom presents a more competitive wireless solution SIM900. It is a complete Quad-Band GSM/GPRS module in a small form factor SMT package with dimensions (24 x 24 mm) that could meet almost all the space requirements in the M2M applications. Key feature enhancement includes the latest technology based on ARM926EJ-S processor and wider operating temperature ranging from -40°C to +85 °C.

After rigorous testing of safety and performance, SIM900 earned the approval of AT&T Mobility, which would speed the time and decrease the cost for new solutions to North American Market. Besides, it also gives customers assurance that SIM900 could be operated in an efficient and reliable way in conjunction with AT&T Mobility wireless network.
